Black Sands works with ten privately owned villas across Nusa Dua and Ungasan. Each is run by its own household team. We know every house, visit them regularly, and only list the ones we would stay in ourselves.
Guests get a single point of contact from enquiry to departure. Your stay agreement is with the villa’s owner — we arrange it, confirm it, and stay reachable throughout.
Owners come to us for guests, not for another layer: we bring the bookings, they keep their own team and their own margin.

No surprises
Every owner includes the same essentials, whether you stay three nights or three months. Longer stays cost less per night — the only other difference is who pays the utility bills.

Our role
Ten villas, two areas, different layouts and moods. Tell us who’s coming and what matters; we’ll narrow it to two or three.
We check availability with the owner, bring you their rate for your exact nights, and confirm the booking on their behalf.
Someone reachable before you arrive and while you’re here. The household team looks after the house; we look after you.
We don’t run the houses and we don’t sell transfers or tours. If you need a driver or a scooter, we’ll share contacts for licensed local providers.
